"Oh, you must be quite good then, I hope to hear you some time," Glorfindel said. "Curufin and I are discussing starting a Bardic Circle or somesuch for people to sing and play instruments. As soon as we figure it out, we'll put up invites, if you are interested."

He laughed. "That is an interesting question. Some are immediately drawn to that one thing and pursue it their entire lives. They may also dabble in other things, but that is their passion and they are really, really good at it."

"Then there are others who try out a lot of different things before finding one or two things they primarily enjoy, and...after a few centuries of practice, well, it would be hard not to be good at it, wouldn't it?" He himself was very good at what he did, but they were now hopefully done with fighting now. Once the last of the orcs were taken care of, and the elves all went West, he was pretty much out of a job. So it was time to dust off some old hobbies and see what he wanted to pursue going forward.
