"Pace myself...got it." First things first he started to check his own gear. Everything seemed fine, but he checked a second time just to be sure. Still was okay.

Once the other had gone off first he slowly followed suit. "Okay, it's quite cold...but usually...that happens when going into the water." The next step was actually going under, which was the harder part.

"Okay...I can do this. Or at least I will give it a go." he takes a small breath before finally going under. The first moment he felt fine, he wasn't that far and he could still see the light. Sure he was a little anxious, but otherwise okay.
