For now, more crabs were emerging from the waters, visible by the blood-red of their shells rising from the inky dark. With Lea's attentions of one group of crabs--and hey, the guy seems to have it covered--Tidus springs ahead to deal with them. Dismissing the elements for now, he imbues a delay spell to his weapon, striking at a trio simultaneously to keep them in place long enough to plunge the sword into their mouths. The last gives him trouble, but only in the way it nearly gets to snap a hefty claw in his direction.

Tidus can't work with the same efficiency and speed as Lea's fiery chakrams, but it gets the job done. More importantly:

"What a waste of crabs!"
