He nodded quick approval at the both of them as the creature scrabbled around in the sand and charged again. Taiki he knew couldn't fight, but Dyme got a once-over in case he had merely been caught out without a weapon. Hard to tell; he didn't look like a fighter.

Not that it changed the current situation, of course.

"Get back to the village," was his next command. "I'll keep it occupied."
