She doesn't mind the bluntness as much as it just surprises her - mostly because of the information that said bluntness contains. Isn't sensing everyone's emotions Raven's thing? It must be a little like always being able to see and then suddenly becoming blind..

Madoka is almost tempted to ask if she's sure, or to maybe ask Raven to sense her emotions right now, but as she bites her lower lip she realises the other girl would probably know better than her.
