"A night hunt is a hunt that cultivators go on seeking creatures of the world that would harass and possibly kill others. Usually, it is one or two cultivators who go out and hunt creatures, either for payment or prestige. Rogue cultivators are more likely to seek money as they have no clan to provide them with funds. There are also organized hunts, where the number and quality of monsters captured brings credit to the clan or the individual. In these, there may be many cultivators. Also in the case of particular infamous and not yet despatched creatures, there may be many."
