Yes, Zelda knew, that sort of area could be troublesome.
(And she'd hate to think of what ridiculous outfit the train would insist on rather than picking up tunics from the Gorons.)
"Hmmm... fire and water, ice and..." well- sky? night? The void? "The train does have an interest in thematic problems."
Coincidence, perhaps? Or maybe something significant, as it would be in Hyrule?
