He felt the weight of the silence of Tony's stare, but Ignis wasn't moving and he wasn't going to go away. An apology came to his mind but he wasn't sure if it would break the peace that seemed to have descended on them right now. And if the worst happened, maybe the mistakes on both of their parts from two days ago would be forgiven.

There were so many words that Ignis wanted to say, starting with being grateful to have met Tony, again in case of a worst case scenario because no one was immortal. He hated leaving things unsaid, but instead his head lowered and the green eyes went to the floor.

"I will."

It was strange. Ignis had wanted so badly to go home, and he still did. But having met Tony, Buttercup, Evie, Renee, Mags, the other council members and the others, they were like his new friends and family of sorts. And if anything happened, he wouldn't be able to thank them. Well it was simply more incentive to make sure to come back.
