Give your thread a day and time stamp and specify which team. Replies to a top level should be in one thread unless you switch to speak to individual (and make a thread under that heading).

Note that you only have the option to speak to your own team here and all of those designated that team (no matter what mission they are on) can hear. (So for example a message to purple will go to all of purple even the member of purple who is currently working with blue. Likewise that message to purple will not reach those of red who are helping out and working with purple.)
