Something inside of Sven's chest cracked as the tendril slammed into him. The force sent him rolling and he came to a stop lying on his side in the water, dazed and breathing rapid, shallow breaths as pain bloomed across his body. Steam curled off of his skin and wet suit as he reached to his power to heal, but he was already flagging and completely exposed.

Unfamiliar green magic wrapped around him. Sven let it take over, coughing and taking a big gasp of air as his ribs knit back together and the pain from the electrical burns evaporated. He leapt to his feet, grinning, and raised a hand in thanks to Light before again drawing his bow.

"Everybody brace yourselves in case it thrashes like that again!"
