"Fascinating..." Sven said. He meant it with full sincerity: his yellow eyes flickered with thought and he absently touched a finger to his chin. The concepts Khary described sounded foreign from the forms magic took on Sven's own world, though the concept of gemstones being sacred wasn't so new. He wouldn't be utterly surprised to find structures of magic back home that functioned similarly, but certainly it was different to him right now.
