Inigo can't help but lean into that touch on his cheek, although Yuki soon after turns the touch into a full on hug instead. And not just a normal one either. It's so obvious just how tightly Yuki is clinging to him, and even without Inigo having seen those watery eyes, he can feel the emotion in the hug itself.

So for a moment he just lets Yuki hug him like that. And slowly he raises his own arms to hold the other as well, although slightly less tight. Inigo sucks in a deep breath and breathes it back out, trying to make sure his own emotions are well enough in check before he speaks.

"Why did you look so surprised about that? You know how much you mean to me, right?"

Of course what's entirely going over Inigo's head here is the fact that that's not really all that Yuki was surprised about. After all, Inigo doesn't expect anyone to treat him well, so it's no surprise to him that he's never had what he now has with Yuki with anyone before.
