Inigo's reaction is very, very telling. He doesn't even have to verbally answer, because he just gives Tidus the blankest look once he hears that question.

It's so obvious that Inigo never buys anything for himself. He doesn't even seem to be able to think of whether he even used that machine at all or not..

"I.. I mean, I got some bears for the bear drive.." But even that wasn't for himself, huh.

(Yes, he's kind of hopeless when it comes to doing anything for himself.)
