His tail swayed a little and softly he purred. Maru wasn't in the best of shape, he was exhausted and hurting, but the petting and quiet words were nice and not disturbing him. which was unusual, since most things tended to bother him.

"Hm... You should stay with blue then." Maru decided. "I work with blue..." He'd keep an eye out for the kid. He was sure others would, but Maru would as well. Madoka had said she wanted to protect people and that Maru would help with that. Maybe that could include this soft spoken boy as well?
