You know jelly? Or mud? Think of it like that, floating.
Except if you poke it real quick, your finger would feel like it hit somethin' hard! But if you pushed your finger in slowly, it'll go in!
It'd kinda liquid-y, but not really? I guess if you poked it really gently, it'd wiggle a lil'.
