Don't worry. The moment it's evident that Rapunzel is up for a hug, the awkwardness disappears completely. After all, Inigo positively adores hugs, he's up for them at any time - but he's never quite sure when hugging might be a little too much when someone else looks sad, and he deals badly with rejection.

Thankfully there's no rejection here. When Rapunzel accepts it, he smiles warmly and wraps his arms right back around her. The hold isn't too tight, but it's still very warm and soft. Inigo is a pretty great hugger.

"Yeah," he rests his head on her shoulder for a moment, mumbling that answer into it before raising his head a bit again. He doesn't break the hug yet though. "You better keep coming back safe. I'm going to worry like crazy if I ever don't see you returning at the end of a mission, you know?"
