If Roland is actually glancing up at Inigo now, he may be able to catch the moment where a bit of tension seems to seep out of the teen. Even though he was making sure to talk to Roland throughout the whole thing and seem relatively calm as well, Inigo could still feel the tension very well of Roland suturing his own wound right in front of him. He was worried about the pain, all the small signs of it he saw from Roland..

But now he's just glad it's done. Inigo isn't good at watching people suffer and not doing anything about it.
