Accept them and change.

[That is the decision he has come up with. Even seeking out someone who should have and has been his enemy for advice. He wants to be able to find out how to move forward instead of being bogged down where he is and that requires change.]

I want to prove that I can change but to do so I have to accept that I regret what I did and do things that I've never done before to make up for it. But unfortunately that isn't easy.
