Dyme was absolutely delighted to find a pair of bright purple swim trunks, and immediately grabbed them. He paired them with an obnoxiously bright Hawaiian patterned shirt, surveying himself in the mirror. His fingernails matched his swim trunks now, though they weren't quite as bright, they were at least purple.
"I am so ready for this," he declared.
b. The Beach
It'd been a while since he'd been to the beach--where nothing was trying to kill him, anyway. Beaches reminded him of Rayonnant, and that inevitably reminded him of Salem, but it was bittersweet. He was determined to have a good time, even if he was a little hesitant to do more than dip his toes into the waves. It was hard to forget what had happened the last time he'd been on a beach.
He also picked at shells as he walked the shoreline, making a small collection, though he only picked the most intact, prettiest shells.
c. Hot Springs
He didn't take off his shirt when he slipped into the hot springs; he wasn't that comfortable with his body, not when he was around more than one person. While he'd been in hot tubs before, he'd never been in a hot spring before, but he figured they were kind of the same, right?
They were both warm, at least, and he made a quiet sound as he sank into the water, closing his eyes. This was already probably the most relaxed he'd ever been since he'd gotten on the train.
