Crowley had already dressed- miracled himself a sporty black two-piece and a nice long, dramatic wrap around his waist to keep off the chill. His sunglasses were in place as they'd always been, masking a rather serpentine feature, but if one looked to the ground they might notice he seems to be wearing snakeskin boots, well out of place with his outfit. (Were they boots? That may require further investigation.)
He wasn't offended by the accidental elbow. The train was narrow and there were way too many passengers, but it did cause him to stop and look at the other man, pure reflex.
"Spoke too soon." he smirks back, then gives the other man a once-over when asked about the swim trunks. Crowley has an eye for fashion, after all. "Flattering!" he notes, "Suits you."
