He appreciated that Nita didn't splash him as he glanced up at the sound of her hand leaving the water. He couldn't stifle the chuckle at her calling the program gung-ho. That was a cute way to put it, for sure.

"Hah, that is true. There are far too many people on that damn train. This is the first peace I've known since arriving on that platform."

He could still hear the murmurs of conversations from the others also in the springs, the sounds of footsteps that were far off, but it was quite relaxing to be able to simply focus on Nita's heartbeat and very easily ignore the rest. Not to mention the air here smelled so clean in comparison to being on the train.

"After the last mission, though... That would have been a mess without as many people as we do have, I think."
