It's mostly informal, but yes. We break up into teams...people from Purple and Orange are usually asked to join Red and Blue to round them out, because Red and Blue's numbers are so small.

Then we make sure everyone has at least one healer, one fighter...but more is better. And there are people chosen to wear black armbands who can teleport between the teams if something goes wrong. It works out most of the time.
