Inigo lets him talk.

But whether or not he relaxes is a different thing entirely. At least it's good to have something else to focus on - Tidus's words rather than his own thoughts - and it's actually nice to hear a little bit about the other. Inigo definitely isn't the type to pry when he knows how close he holds his own cards to his chest, but that doesn't mean he isn't invested in the people he cares about anyway. He's heard bits and pieces of this before, but now it's being combined with new pieces, it forms a new image of Tidus.

"It sucks then.. that you can't often see it. On the train, I mean." Inigo himself had never worried about it. He's hardly ever seen the sea, after all. It has no meaning to him, but it's obvious from the way that Tidus talks that it does mean a lot to him. "At least you can look here now to see the.."

.. the sea.

Inigo abruptly stops mid-sentence, but it doesn't seem to be because he's too upset to talk. He doesn't untangle himself from Tidus's side, since it's too comfortable, but he thinks for a moment. He realises where he hears the sea mentioned so significantly before. Where it stood out as something odd. Gerome's dream. Right after Tidus had healed him. Could it be coincidence..?

".. Tidus, do you ever.. dream about the sea..?"
