"Tidus, please! Inigo, you too! The both of you need to use your inside voices, you don't have to make a scene!"
Between Inigo's sudden self awareness and Tidus's rant - pointing his finger back and forth, screaming, catching the attention of whoever might be passing by such that Roland had to turn his head to throw them apologetic looks - the president is once again, at a loss for what to actually address first. All he does for now is try and control whatever he's walked into.
And he isn't the type to just stand there, slack jawed and staring. Even as absolute chaos erupts around him for what seems to be the standard for the Teen Twins, which he has now adopted as the perfect moniker for the duo that soaks before him whether or not they approve of it, his mind is racing to figure out what to do first.
Typical of a president assessing a risky scenario, time slows down and he sees the following in the shallows of his cognition:
First; Inigo is covering up his scars, and Roland knows that's something to address later.
Second; Tidus is panicking, obviously flustered at whatever context preceded Inigo's admission.
Third; Inigo thinks his hot friend is drowning.
He closes his eyes and breathes, counts to an arbitrary number. Then, he moves.
