Tidus gives quick confirmation, 'Right!', and he's already charging up a new spell, relying on the sludged-snow to be as much of a detriment to the beasts as it is for them. There's other fighters going more up-close, with weapons earned or their own fists. None of which Tidus takes the time to follow, only that of the wolves with fangs bared their way.
But it's the fire dogs however that are watching them--barking, rounding them, keeping a distance and balance. But then two dispatch on either side while one goes straight towards them, darting through the snow without worry about movement. A distraction--Tidus calls a quick water spell to form between it and them, exploding, sending it jumping back and wobbling. But Tidus is worried about those other two, searching them out. Where did they go--
