"Like punching things." That was something he was good at. He also liked to think he was good at protecting people, but that always depended on the situation.

Sometimes, he wondered how much his life would be different if he'd actually been motivated to do well in school. If he'd applied himself and succeeded and done...something with his life. But then he would have probably never met his pseudo family or Taos, and he'd never have the experiences he'd had.

"I only wish I was good at things like math," he added, "It all gets to a point where it just feels entirely ridiculous to me."
