Xue Yang sensed the movement too and threw out several talismans all around them, placing them inside a sort of protective bubble. It was invisible to anyone watching but the minute they tried to step into it they would find that they couldn't make it past the talisman on the ground. It would take magic to shred those and break through but she would be able to shoot out of it.
