"All we have to do is encourage the front few to go forward and the rest should follow. I don't foresee them being the kind of creature that wants to think too independently. They will want to follow the rest. So if we stay to either sides of the group and keep the front moving we should be able to handle it."

They will be well experienced with what it takes to keep them in control after the first group so the second will go much smoother.
