"Take me!" There's no hesitation in Tidus's voice or demeanour at the idea presented. "You're already holding my hand-" and he lifts them up, both their hand, in gesture, in case Inigo forgot he was holding another guy's hand here, "-so shouldn't you be taking me around the place? And you're getting some too," he remarks. Since it's not fun if they're just getting him stew.

"Unless you wanna see what they've got first. But I'm not eating alone."

He might be pushing more on purpose, being bossy and wanting, but maybe that's the persona of this traveller Tidus. Plus the quicker they get indoors, the quicker they can warm up, be somewhere relatively private. Some place by the fire--it's a nice imagery.
