Wormmon asks the same question. It may be phrased as a frantic, whiny "Ken-chan! Keeen-chaaaan!!", but that's totally what it means.

Ken takes stock, then sits up a bit stiffly. His torso aches, but as he checks it over, nothing feels out of alignment, and he's only sore, so nothing's broken.....

"Just bruised. You're all right, Romeo-kun?"
