Granted, it's hard for Inigo to imagine what it's like to live in a more advanced society than his own - in his mental idea of it, everyone understands how all that technology works in that sort of world. Weird wires included.
He doesn't shove the wires back to Tidus this time though, instead looking at both of said wires in his hands with a slight pout, like the answer as to what to do with them may somehow come to him that way. ]
