Inigo hesitates. It'd be easy to lie, but Adam would probably find out about the truth from someone else sooner or later. But it's not a fun truth to tell him right now either. Not right before they're heading straight into a world that could be destroyed at any moment if they don't do the right thing and do it quickly.

"Well.. One time we had to leave a world behind." He shakes his head. "Or rather, we were forced to."

Granted, if they had stayed, there's a big chance they would have died too. But that still doesn't mean having left those people to fend for themselves sits right with Inigo.

"The train pulled us all back all of a sudden."
