Yoite nodded a little bit, a sign he was at least thinking about what Curufin said even if he was worried about it. For the moment, he would stick with blue, but he didn't really know much about how to choose otherwise. It didn't ultimately matter what he did, did it?

"I think most of them are born into the world of Nabari, from what I know. It's usually families, and outsiders don't typically join." Everyone that he knew anything about had family in the secret world, so that was what he thought. Yukimi had his sister, after all.

He considered the question a moment. "I didn't have much of an identity to give up, so I suppose I chose to. The leader gave me an offer that I accepted. He thought I could be useful. It's probably a little of both."
