Not that her answer, either way, would affect how he thought about her ability to be on the team. He did want to encourage her to think of ideas as well rather than having him only give answers. It seemed fair and like with juniors in their sect, it helped with thinking through ideas rather than just being told what to do.

"Hmm... yes, a clearing would help for making sure they hadn't wandered off where we couldn't see them. If they went further into the forest that would be fine, but chances are they will return to the machines." He glanced around as well, trying to see if he could spot somewhere that might be suitable for placing their food. "I think there is something of a clearing over there. It is not completely clear, but it is better than others."
