Tidus takes the ruined wires offered, a cursory glance at what amounts to being worthless junk. Nothing they were going to get a use out of. He puts it aside, opens up the kit between them and rifles through the spares and tools inside, until he finds the newer wiring not far in too deep.
"I guess it doesn't matter," he figures, offering over the replacement cords. "The animals don't seem to mind, so who cares?" ...well. "Until a meteorite comes hitting them anyway. Huh... funny."
