"Yes, we do need to talk about the Council itself. We no longer have a Council head, and we need to decide if we actually need one. I myself am inclined to refrain from electing anyone to that position, since I think we can all function as a collaborative group. But we also lost some Councilmembers, so we need to decide if we want to replace them."
He nods to Tidus' ideas. "I agree that we need to spread out the tasks, get more people involved both on the train and on the missions. I don't think we should depend on leaders to do everything or decide everything, especially as it's so common these days to check the passenger roster and find all those golded names. And checking up on people more might help prevent so many people from vanishing. I've noticed that there's a relationship between people withdrawing from contact with other and ending up out the door, or rather, out the turnstyle."
