There indeed was no indication that their words had been heard but there was another burst of static from all of their SCA's and the radio. The static seemed to clear up and the voice came through again.

"This is a distress call..." The voice sounded tired, desperate even. "My craft has crash landed on the planet of Nion... Identify yourselves." Another burst of static.

"...Stress call. Can anybody hear me? My... Planet of Nion. Calling any void craft..." Her voice sounded even exhausted.
