For the third option, a list of passengers appears and names can be searched for by letter. Anyone who has been working to try and make communications happen on their own devices will find those linked in to this network- though it is still only possible to use voice. If they have headphones from the music room they can make it so they work like earpieces.

Note that you only have the option to speak to your own team here and all of those designated that team (no matter what mission they are on) can hear. (So for example a message to purple will go to all of purple even the member of purple who is currently working with blue. Likewise that message to purple will not reach those of red who are helping out and working with purple.)

Hey, everyone. Nita Callahan with Orange team, here. I've got my white band on if I'm needed anywhere, but for now...

Probably best to focus on those patches; reboot those Helpmates as we can and see if they know anything once they're fixed.

And - if anyone wants to pool resources and try to get a signal down through this biosphere, I'd really like to know how the star this system's being built around is doing. Hopefully nothing else is stuck inside there, but you never know.

Ah - it might be more of a thing that happens with wizardry than in other systems, but even stars can be communicated with, if you've got the right variables.

Wish we knew if this system had been inhabited before the biosphere was built; that would make negotiating a whole lot easier.

But on the other hand, he knows Senku is smart enough that he wouldn't be doing this sort of stuff for a good reason, right? ]

[Not that she's ever been in a group chat. But she picks Thanatos and speaks up brightly] Hey, Thanatos? It's me, surprise. [Quietly to Ryo] Now you say something.

[As to why he's answering messages in his mom's name...local tradition? Ryo has no idea.]

[Turns out Ryo can deadpan. This is not what he'd expected when he'd been told about world-saving missions.]

[Thanatos' teleporting tends to be very loud, so it had been nigh-on impossible to miss his escape attempts at the hub, or the fact that he hadn't succeeded. He's likely still upset about being stuck, and if Ryo can't check in on him in person, he can at least do it via SCA.]

The weather delays us, and those helpmates are no help. But it's been otherwise uneventful.

[ Said like Thanatos is used to various extreme conditions and random bouts of fighting thrown at him on a daily basis.

Thanatos then hears a squeak, and he tilts his head toward the back of his hood, where he tucked away a tiny plush mouse. Where Thanatos goes, Mort goes. He's not losing his childhood Chthonic Companion again. ]
