This kid sure can pull shit out of thin air, can't she. Thankfully, Soldat is kind of used to that from a couple people in Beacon, and the guns were a good lead-in. They get their reset swing for the arm in, and it reboots sluggishly and does a calibration loop, plates rippling. The shirtsleeve at the bottom is shredded, but it's not like a metal arm needs multiple layers of fabric protection.
