Of course Inigo easily accepts the hand. It's rather nice, actually - how with Taiki he never has to ask for it first and risk going through a whole set of flustered feelings about it. Taiki's hand is always there in his before Inigo even realises it, and it makes him smile despite his unease about everything around them.
