If Madoka notices that hesitation or a faint attempt at resistance at all, she sure isn't showing it, since she's already turning to walk into that direction without saying anything else.

(Though it's much more likely she didn't notice at all - after all, otherwise she probably would have started feeling guilty for forcing someone into something real quick, knowing Madoka.)

"They came from this direction.." That much she knows for sure. "So that just means we have to find the place they store the food! It has to be somewhere around here, so we just have to figure out what it looks like.."

Who knows if it's an actual building or something they've hidden a bit more in the landscape so not to disturb the alpacas, after all.
