Thankfully Madoka is a master of interpretation. Clearly. Or at the very least, she understands what he's trying to say, no matter how unconventional the way he's saying it is.

"Hmm.. I don't even know how much there is to look past." Since Madoka isn't really good at this sort of thing. Is it just that there's something weird with the animals? Clearly not, judging by that guy's attitude - but then how much is there wrong here?

She shakes her head a little as she walks. "I mean, that chicken pretty obviously wasn't just a chicken, but I couldn't tell either what it really was before it was suddenly gone after you took care of it. But--"

She pauses, thinking back on her conversation over the comms..
