Vegeta may not notice too much at first, partly due to him just not caring too much about others, partly keeping more an eye out in case there was a follow up attack and trusting others in the camp to do their own thing and not add to any of the issues. Other than that book-being-thing and it's need to take over the demon world... that was weird. It's when Devero first approaches Vegeta with that concern that he really takes notice in what the other man is wearing, a brow raising at the fact he was in Saiyan armor, and taking a long moment before he answers. "I'm fine." Then deciding he should add more. "It's not my blood."

That device also was... interesting, certainly interesting enough for Vegeta to ask about it. "What is that?" He gesturing to it. It didn't look like any scouter he was used to, however with that combination of armor... could it be? Which then raised the question, was he part of Frieza's force? That could prove to be an issue...
