But Flerkens got pocket dimensions in their mouths an' they can swallow somethin' a good thirty times their size. Scary as hell out in the wild. But people keep 'em as pets sometimes. Make for good protection, apparently."

So long as they take a liking to you.

There's not a lot of things he's satisfied with, but the choice to see as much as he could and go as far as he could of his own volition is one he wouldn't regret.
