Not really- well, not down here at least. Normally it's harder; they can only exist if they were destroyed and then built over. But... ...it looks like because of how often that happens at this level, they're everywhere.

There were already a lot that I could find on Tier 3- even a whole hospital- but here it feels almost like they're those little wooden dolls that you stack inside each other...
