V was still pissed, but the mention that Zetta seemed to agree with him that Romeo should just be a kid put him a little at ease. That was encouraging, at least. He probably wasn't being mistreated (if he was being told to do anything at all).

V didn't feel that the train was one of these monsters, but he wasn't sure what he felt about it all. He didn't like that kids had been brought here - likely against their will - and that they were being taken on missions. He didn't like that the missions could be (were likely) dangerous, but there was also the whole being dead didn't really count thing. Even if death wasn't real didn't make it any less traumatic.

"Imagine you're all here same reason any'f us are. Don't know why whoever's orchestrating this show think it's fine t'kidnap kids, but I won't lie'n say for some'f you it might be an improvement." Lord knows for him it was.

"But you shouldn't throw yourself to unnecessary danger. Even if this train can build bodies'f nothin' don't mean you should get into any more trouble'n you can handle. Lord knows, 'nough kids got it rough. You lot oughta 'least have a chance at somethin' better."
