"But for whatever reason, we're being warned away from them and whether or not that's part and parcel of the abduction or not because getting help would wrestle control of the train over us...or there's genuinely a serious risk, we have to be careful and measured. There are children among us."

He wasn't worried about himself so much, although that was clear to anyone who met him, he was a bit reckless. "I can't in good conscience invite horrible things onto those who should be protected from them."

Senku nodded at that. "I hope not too, but we'll find out one way or another. Either way, when we speak again, I'll let you know." He smiled. "If you're interested in indulging me in more conversation, that is."
