He only has so much compassion in him and this damn thing messin' with 'em has now caused it to dwindle to the point he's defending his crew. He doesn't give a rat's ass about most of these people at the moment. His only cause for helpin' them is that his people are getting elbow deep in it and he won't leave them to it alone.
