.. well, though it is good to know what happened to lead things to this point, at the same time hearing it feels awful. Especially since Alice had been so out of it in her own daze, hanging between her old memories and her new ones, that she hadn't even had the time or the mind to check up on any of the people she knew.

So it feels like it's her fault now. If she had been a little faster, if she had been able to get back up on her feet and looked for Guri right away, could she have prevented this? At least some of it?

Alice sinks to the ground, sitting with her back against the wall of the alleyway, burying her face in her hands.

She was right. She really does hate everything about this.

"I am sorry you had to go through all that by yourself," she mumbles, considering her face is still very much in her hands.
