You mean this current situation? In all honesty not even I know. Usually by this time we're doing missions and working on goals. But it seems like whatever this is has drawn not only myself and others on the train, but alternate versions of others like yourself or other people from other worlds.

My guess is there is someone with a massive amount of power and the ability to do that, but thats pretty much a guess.
